Segments of the national church have caught a vision for cross-cultural work. Among them, the Back to Jerusalem Movement envisions sending 100,000 Northern Asian workers throughout the world. Many have passion to serve but are easily discouraged upon arrival in a foreign field due to lack of training and preparation. Pray for:
1) Effective ways of preparing these workers for cross-cultural ministry.
